Ventura Ca based licensed architect with over 20 years of high-level experience has joined the team as Associate Architect, taking full leadership of the schematic design phase, conceptual development, 3D visualization, and overall design direction for the residence.

​

His role encompasses complete schematic design packages with iterative client presentations, establishing the architectural vocabulary, massing, and indoor-outdoor relationships, materiality studies and the initial sustainability framework, early coordination with structural, civil, and coastal consultants, and guiding the project from initial visioning through approved design development.

Relevant Recent and Current Leadership Roles- Currently leading schematic design through construction documents for a 17,000 sf | 4-story mixed-use ground-up building on the Southern California coast. Delivered full schematic vision and execution for an 18,000 sf luxury retail flagship in Palo Alto ($9M). Multiple coastal-zone residential and hospitality projects emphasizing clean modern lines, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
